Robbie Ferman
Before co-founding Sollevare, Robbie helped lead Newmark’s acclaimed Private Capital Group in Brooklyn and was a significant presence in the NYC commercial brokerage scene. Robbie was retained on many of the highest-profile and most prolific commercial real estate deals in NYC, including SUNY’s Long Island College Hospital, Rialto’s Regal Theater, CIM’s Front and York apartment complex, and others. Before Newmark, Robbie was one of Marcus and Millichap’s top producers in the Northeast, where he led the marketing and sale of 20+ trophy assets throughout Brooklyn.
As a result, Robbie has formed relationships with hundreds of legacy NYC real estate owners and has closed over $350,000,000 of CRE transactions throughout his career. Robbie is also the Fundraising and Events chair for the Junior Board at Breaking Ground and is very involved with the Real Estate Executives Committee at UJA and the Brooklyn Heights Association.

Jake Movsovitz
Before co-founding Sollevare, Jake helped manage a $2.5+ billion fund at Blackstone, where he transacted on over $300,000,000 of real estate across all asset classes in the US. Jake played a key role in two major New York City acquisitions, where his group purchased ~49.0% stakes in large multifamily portfolios in Brooklyn. Jake also oversaw asset management of these assets post-close. At Blackstone, Jake gained extensive experience in portfolio management and working with sizable, third-party investors.
Jake also has extensive experience in LP-led and GP-led secondaries, having transacted on the purchase and sales of fund interests in real estate funds (LP-led secondaries), as well as recapitalizations, strip sales and, continuation vehicles (GP-led secondaries). Before Blackstone, Jake worked in acquisitions and asset management at Artemis Real Estate Partners, where he underwrote more than $1.0 billion in potential transactions. Jake has helped lead the acquisition or disposition of over $500,000,000 of CRE transactions throughout his career.
